KEW’s unique vineyard site offers exciting potential for fruit quality and diversity. At Kirkpatrick Estate Winery we aim to harness and maximize this potential to produce intricate and complex wines that truly reflect the land and our focus on quality.

Environmental Health and respect for the beneficial flora and fauna are philosophies that we hold central to the management of our vineyard. We believe these are vital to the practice of responsible viticulture, and as such we are accredited through Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand for the Vineyard, we are also in the process of having the winery accredited as well.

The variation throughout the elevated, terraced and level areas of the vineyard is reflected in the complexity of the aromas and characters of the fruit. This variation gives us the ability to carefully hone the best final blends for each of our wine styles.
