Cellar Door

Part of the Kirkpatrick Estate Winery experience must include a visit to our cellar door. Situated on the North facing side of the property, the cellar door garden overlooks the Malbec vineyard and further to the hills bordering the Patutahi Plateau. A fabulous setting for enjoying wine and antipasto in the afternoon sun. The cellar door offers individual wine tastings as well as tours through the winery and vineyard. Wine tastings and platters are available throughout the year, weekends during winter and seven days through summer. 

Our Cellar Door is now open seven days 11am - 4pm (We will also be at the Gisborne Farmers Market from 9:30 am-12:30 each Saturday) , if you are only here in Gisborne for a short stay during the week,outside of our hours, please just give us a call to arrange a private tasting with the owner or winemaker.
